  • Initial in-person client meeting to identify the requirements of the position, understand the interviewing process and your objectives of the search. This meeting allows us to expand our knowledge of your specific position and organizational culture, while also giving us the opportunity to describe our approach and tailor our search efforts to specifically meet your needs.
  • As follow-up, a written proposal which details the search agreement is emailed to you for your review and approval.
  • Candidate outreach, including research, networking, and advertising of the specific opportunity.
  • Candidate identification and screening, communication via in-person meeting, telephone conversation or skype interview.
  • Candidate evaluation, 360 degree reference checking.
  • Candidate presentation, including potential strengths, weaknesses and items for dialogue.
  • Client /Candidate interaction and interviews along with thorough feedback and assessment.
  • Assistance provided with offer negotiation and successful on-boarding of your new addition to staff.
  • Post-search follow-up communication with both client and new hire.
  • Throughout the search process, Charles River Search will conduct a weekly phone call with stakeholders to discuss progress and provide a status report.
